Dashboard
The Realtrac Dashboard is designed to help you visualize the data you capture, display valuable insights into the health of your systems and assist with identifying areas that need attention before problems arise. Using various insights charts from histograms to gauges, dashboards can be quickly and easily customized to view workflows, job statuses, work center efficiencies and more. You choose the visualizations that best help your team understand and observe their productivity.
Customize Dashboards and Insight Charts
At the top of the Dashboard display, a control toolbar lists the available chart controls to choose from (Fig 1). To add a chart to the dashboard area, drag and drop the desired control onto the display area.
Once placed, the size, position and layout of the can be set by simply dragging the chart to the desired position. The colors of the chart can be selected by using the ‘Gradient Start’ and ‘Gradient End’ options that best contrast the data for easy readability. There are built in images available under the Image drop menu to set the background display area.
Multiple dashboard displays can be set up and saved under a display name by clicking the disk icon. The displays will then be selectable from the folder icon shown in Fig 2.
Dashboard Insights Charts and Controls
Sales Chart
To add a Sales chart to a dashboard, drag and drop the Sales control from the controls toolbar. Next double click or right click and select properties to add additional properties and define the data for the chart.
Graph totals can be set and viewed by Sales Rep, Customer or Part to show your most to least profitable for your business
Work Center Chart
To add a Work Center chart to a dashboard, drag and drop the Work Center control from the controls toolbar. Next double click or right click and select properties to add additional properties and define the data for the chart.
- Utilization is the percent of time of actual work spent in the work center compared to the available time that is set for the work center.
- Efficiency is the percent of actual time spent on operations(closed) at the work center compared to the estimated time that is set on the router lines that are set for that work center.
Add a Clock/Calendar
To add a clock or calendar chart to a dashboard, drag and drop the clock/calendar control from the controls toolbar. Next double click or right click and select properties to add additional properties and define the data for the chart.
Work Center Queue Status
To add a Work Center chart to a dashboard, drag and drop the work center control from the controls toolbar. Next double click or right click and select properties to add additional properties and define the data for the chart.
Overdue PO's
To add a PO chart to a dashboard, drag and drop the PO control from the controls toolbar.
This chart will show purchase order items that have passed their ‘Expected Date’ and have not been set as received. It also shows the most overdue items, up to 15 PO items max.
Ship Schedule
Drop a calendar that reflects the current months shipping schedule.
Good vs Scrap
The Good vs Scrap chart will show piece count totals within a specified date range. Drag and drop the control to configure the chart data for a customized view.
When an employee logs a good piece, the chart will highlight the field green and scrap to red for 1 minute to highlight activity.
FCP to Inventory
Drag and drop the FCP to Inventory Control to the dashboard to a customize the charts color scheme and date range to show your real-time finished customer part inventory.
